All products available on Newcafeguide are digital products (templates, guides, toolkits, stock photos, and downloadable resources).
No physical items will be shipped.
2. Delivery Time
After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes.
You may also receive an on-screen confirmation or access link after checkout.
3. If You Don’t Receive Your Product
If you do not receive your email within 10 minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address

4. Access Issues
If any file is corrupted or not opening properly, we will provide a working replacement file or fresh download link.
5. No Shipping Charges
